SUPERVISORY BOARD

ALEKSANDER MARCIN FERENC, Ph.D., MBA, CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


A graduate of Faculty of Mechanical, Energy and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology (1991) where in 1996 he obtained a PhD in technical sciences. In 2006, he received an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School. Since 2020, he has been associated with PCF Group S.A., including since 2022 in the position of Chief Integration Officer, where he provides integration and M&A advisory services to the People Can Fly group. He also advises on internal audit for PCF Group S.A. From 2020 to 2022, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee of PCF Group S.A. From 2016 to 2020, he was associated with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, first holding the position of Investment Manager at Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych BGK S.A., and later the position of Head of Investment and M&A. Was the first CEO of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF dedicated to infrastructure investments in CEE/SEE region. Earlier, from 2013 to 2015, he held the position of Head of M&A at Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. In 2013, he worked as Director of the Privatization Department at PKP S.A., and in 2012 – 2013 as an advisor at Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A. From 2009 to 2012, he served as director of the M&A department at PZU S.A. From 2007 to 2009, he served as director responsible for the CEE and SEE region at Intermediate Capital Group PLC based in London. From 1999 to 2007 he was associated with Societe Generale Asset Management Alternative Investments Private Equity fund (formerly Baring Private Equity Partners). From 1998 to 1999, he worked at IB Financial Advisors and Erste Investmens. He began his career working at Arthur Andersen from 1995 to 1997.

 

 

 

 

SEBASTIAN WOJCIECHOWSKI, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


A graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Finance and Banking. In the years 1994 – 1995, under a Tempus
scholarship, he studied at the Handelshøjskolen (Business School) faculty in Aarhus, Denmark. Since 2012 he has been associated with People Can Fly, including holding the position of the President of the Management Bord of PCF Group   S.A.   since   2019.   Previously,   he   held   positions   in   the Management Board of PCF Group sp. z o.o. (legal predecessor of PCF Group S.A.). He is a significant shareholder of PCF Group S.A. Prior to joining People Can Fly, from 2008 to 2011 he was the creator
and director of the Digital Market department at Eurozet sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for the company’s digital strategy.
Earlier,   from   1996   to   2008,   he   was   associated   with   CR   Media, including from 1996 to 2007 as co-founder, sales director and then Member of the Management Board of CR Media S.A., and from 2000 to 2008 as vice-president of Ad.Point sp. z o.o., which managed radio stations such as AntyRadio and Radio Planeta FM.

 

 

 

 

DOROTA PRZELASKOWSKA, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

Legal advisor with over 25 years of experience, a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in European Law (University of Warsaw) and postgraduate studies in Competition Law (Institute of Legal Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences). Member of the Competition Law Association.She began her professional career in 1998, gaining experience in international law firms such as Hunton & Williams, Dewey & LeBoeuf (from 2009 as a local partner), and Greenberg Traurig (as a local partner). Since 2012, she has been running her own legal practice. From 2021 to 2025, she was associated with PCF Group S.A. (in the position of Senior Legal Counsel), where she advised entities within the People Can Fly group on their current operations, M&A transactions, organizational integration, and development projects, gaining experience in the gaming sector.She specializes in corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and M&A transactions. Her professional experience also includes advising on labor law, competition law, and personal data processing.

 

 

 

 

ADRIAN GÓRSKI, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

Investor and transaction advisor specializing in the gaming and media sector. He has over ten years of professional experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity funds, and the video game production sector. His previous roles include Investment Director at the private equity fund MCI, Investment Director at Tencent, and Vice President at Trigon Investment Banking. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) certification.

 

 

 

 

KORNEL JASKULA, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

Development Director with 19 years of experience in the video game industry. Spent the majority of his career at Techland, where he was responsible for gameplay production (i Dead Island and Dying Light). In 2024–2025, he served at Incuvo S.A., where he oversaw all production processes, led the restructuring of the development team, and established efficient production workflows. He has an excellent understanding of organizational structures, the working environment, and the specific dynamics of the gaming industry. Currently associated with PCF Group S.A..
