ANDRZEJ WYCHOWANIEC, PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (CEO)

Andrzej Wychowaniec is a graduate of Executive Master of Business Administration signed by Porto Business School. He also studied at the University of Silesia, Jagiellonian University and University of SWPS. He has over 20 years of experience in project and enterprise management and has held managerial positions, including in listed companies. Since 2012 he has sat on the boards of capital companies. Since 2018 he has been involved in the VR games industry. He was responsible for the production of such games as Layers of Fear VR, Blair Witch VR and Green Hell VR.

RADOMIR KUCHARSKI, VICE-PRESIDENT OF PRODUCTION

Radomir Kucharski is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry. He worked on titles like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, co-founded The Farm 51, then opened the Katowice based office of CI Games and became its Director. In the past few years, Radomir founded Spectral Games S.A., a company specialized in development of VR / AR applications and games for established international clients like Mattel (Hot Wheels) and History Channel (game based on a show called Knightfall).

ANNA KULCZYŃSKA, VICE-PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Anna Kulczyńska has been professionally associated with People Can Fly Group for 13 years. Over the past few years, she has been Head of HR at PCF Group S.A., responsible for studios HR strategy. Previously, in addition to heading the human resources department, she also led the administration team. Anna has an Executive Master of Business Administration degree by the Leon Kozminski Academy (2019-2021). She also completed postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner at the Warsaw School of Economics (2013-2014) and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, within the field of Management and Marketing with a degree in Banking, Insurances and Capital Markets (2005-2010).
