ALEKSANDRA KAROLINA DUNIN-WILCZYNSKA
Legal counsel with 20 years of professional experience in transactions and projects executed in
Poland and international financial markets. Her expertise includes providing advice on preparation
and execution of primary and secondary public offerings of securities on the regulated market and
the NewConnect market, bond issues, including Poland’s first green corporate bond issue, as well as
mergers and demergers of companies, including banks. She was responsible for the IPO and first
listing of PCF Group S.A. shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since April 2021, she has served as
General Counsel for the People Can Fly Group. Previously worked at the Warsaw office of law firm
Greenberg Traurig.
MARCIN BIERUT
Member of the Supervisory Board. Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice,
Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science. Holder of an MBA from the
Wroclaw School of Banking and founder and CEO of Iconity Sp. z o.o., with many years of experience
in managing the finances of technology companies. Served on the Management Board of Incuvo S.A.
between 2016 and 2018.
PIOTR ANDRZEJ WITEK
Member of the Supervisory Board since 2021. Graduate of Oxford Brookes University (MBA) and the
University of Gdańsk, with long-standing experience serving on Supervisory Boards. CEO of the audit
firm Moore Rewit.
MATEUSZ KIRSTEIN
Graduate of the philosophy department at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. From 1998 to 2011, his
professional career was with the Eurozet Group and the radio business. He began work in the radio
business at Radio ZET, then moved on to become programme director at Radiostation and Planet FM
(2003–2008). In 2008, he co-created Radio Chilli ZET, becoming its first programme and music
director. He was also appointed editor-in-chief of Radio ZET in 2009. From 2012 to 2015, he was
managing director of the production house Film Produkcja and from 2015 worked for the Platige
Image group, within which he co-created, including as a board member, the Dobro studio. Since
2019, he has worked for PCF Group S.A. as Chief Marketing Officer/Studio Head Rzeszów. Member
of the team preparing PCF Group’s IPO.
MICHAŁ SOKAL
Graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics, majoring in Finance and Accounting, with more
than 10 years of professional experience. He began his career in 2010 working in the finance
department of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. and then moved on to work for IPO S.A. as an analyst and for
UPS as a junior accountant. From 2013 to 2019, his career was with the audit industry, auditing
financing statements and providing financial and accounting advice. As a Manager in EY’s Audit
Department, he oversaw the execution of projects for clients in such industries as power
engineering, oil, telecommunications, manufacturing, and television and media. Since 2019, he has
served as CFO at PCF Group S.A., where he took part in the IPO process, implementation of
International Financial Reporting Standards, and in the building of the finance and accounting team,
among other projects.
