Incuvo operates based on 3 models:


  • Porting known games to VR in model:  work for hire​

Porting games to VR in exchange for a salary with a small share in profits of sales. Layers of Fear VR and Blair Witch Project VR were developed on a work for hire basis.

  • Porting famous games to VR in exchange for a significant share in profits​

Porting games to VR at our own cost in exchange for a significant share of sales profits. Green Hell VR and Layers of Fear PSVR were developed in this model.

  • Creating your own VR games based on known IP​

In addition, the Company intends to expand the business model by production of proprietary games in the VR segment based on known IPs. The company strives to create its own VR games "from scratch", based on well-known pop culture themes (books, movies, series), which have a high monetization potential. Currently, the Company is in talks with a well-known filmmaker about the possibility of creating a game based on his future film. The goal of Incuvo in this model is to create the entirety of the game, including storyline and scenario, where the player will be immersed in a world created solely by Incuvo based on the IP used under a license.​


Incuvo - Strategy

Radomir Kucharski


Radomir is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry. He worked on titles like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, co-founded The Farm 51, then opened the Katowice based office of CI Games and became its Director.


In the past few years, Radomir founded Spectral Games S.A., a company specialized in development of VR / AR applications and games for established international clients like Mattel (Hot Wheels) and History Channel (game based on a show called Knightfall)

Andrzej Wychowaniec


Andrzej is an alumni of the Silesian University and the Jagiellonian University. He possesses over 20 years of experience in project and company management. Since 2012, Andrzej has been a part of the Management Boards in share-holding companies.


He’s experience comes from managing corporations and listed companies like AIG Credit S.A. Andrzej started his gaming journey in 2018 and was responsible for the production of many games like Layers of Fear iOS and VR and Blair Witch VR.

Our company is created by a highly qualified and motivated team of experienced developers, graphic artists and researchers that don't shy away from any challenge. We are truly passionate about VR!

Incuvo grew on creating desktop, console oriented and mobile games, but our true calling and future interests lie in virtual reality. Incuvo ports and produces VR games on a work for hire basis but also takes on porting projects with no cost to the original creators; instead, we share the revenue. Our future plans include developing Incuvo's original games based in popular universums.

We are the creators of titles like Layers of Fear and Blair Witch VR. The latter launched recently and is gaining popularity. Currently, we are working on the VR version of "Green Hell" - survival adventure in the Amazon rainforest. This title will launch in 2021, so stay tuned!
